Google Adsense is the Advertisment platform of google through which one can display the ads in the website (free and paid) and make money for the new visitors in your website.
Google takes the contract the various advertisers and whatever he charges, 68% of that amount is given to you as it is through your site google has made an income.
The Companies pay for the new people visiting the site, so the income that would make will be directly proportional to the number of visitors to our site.
The Contract is based upon CPC (Cost Per Click) and CPM ( Cost per 1000 Impressions) basis, that ranges from Rs3 to Rs400/- generally. The advertisers pay a higher amount whenever there is good scope of business in the keyword, higher the business opportunity in the keyword higher would be CPC.
Note: For Indian website on an average. we can easily make 5 x of daily average visitors for the month.
Google carries the ad platform with the network of adwords and adsense.
Adwords is meant for advertisers who publicity for their business, they pay money to google. Adsense are the website owners to whom google pays for the visitors.
